tructures at this site include a large adobe hacienda (the setting of the romantic novel “Ramona”), a large brick and stone winery from the Mexican Period and an early 20th century adobe home. All were damaged by the 1989 California earthquake. As a result, work included temporary shoring and weatherproofing, strategizing seismic repairs and architectural detailing and specifications.
