Occupying two blocks in the heart of downtown Oakland, the site known as Preservation Park is a unique collection of Victorian residences transformed into an innovative workplace and event center. The Preservation Park Pavilion is a graceful bandstand that serves as the park’s social center and the site’s focal point. Designed by KPA to compliment the park’s historic architecture, the pavilion features elegant trellis details with timeless joinery in the Victorian style.
